1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Wallet Tracker mobile application and its related web resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use Wallet Tracker.

2. License Grant

Wallet Tracker grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and run a copy of the application on your mobile device strictly for your personal, non-commercial financial record-keeping use.

This license does not allow you to distribute, rent, sub-license, or run the application in a shared software service environment.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to utilize Wallet Tracker only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
Circumvent or disable any subscription validation gates or features inside the application.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract mock information or compromise database files.
Utilize the application for money laundering or illegal trade records.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Wallet Tracker offers an optional Premium membership model providing enhanced analytical visualizations and features:

Billing: Premium transactions are managed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store In-App Purchases and Google Play Billing). Billing details are managed directly by these store handlers.
Cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the cycle end. You can manage and terminate subscriptions in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Refunds: Refund policies are subject to standard App Store and Play Store guidelines. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The code structure, visual interfaces, UI styling templates, color patterns, graphics, logo icons, and trademarked names related to Wallet Tracker are owned exclusively by the developers. You may not copy, reproduce, or frame any brand elements without prior written consent.

6. Financial Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Wallet Tracker is a local record-keeping tool. It is NOT a financial advisory service, a tax planning portal, or a bank. We do not provide professional financial or investment advice.

All calculations, summaries, graphs, budgets, and bill divisions computed by Wallet Tracker are estimations for informational purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of transaction tallies before settling balances. We are not liable for any financial decisions, losses, or ledger discrepancies resulting from the use of this software.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When updates occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the application following the posting of modifications indicates your agreement to the new Terms.
